How do I apply to lease a home or apartment?

There is a link to our application at the bottom of our Leasing Requirements page.  In addition to your personal information, you'll need to provide your two most recent pay stubs (tax returns if self employed), your most recent bank statement that shows the deposits of your two most recent pay stubs, and a non-expired government issued photo identification.

Additional documentation may be necessary during our screen process.

What are the income requirements?

Generally, we require tenants to have a gross monthly income that is at least three times the monthly rent. This helps ensure you can comfortably afford your rent and other living expenses.

Does you accept Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8)?

Yes.  We work with all types of housing assistance.

Do you perform background and credit checks?

Yes, we conduct background and credit checks as part of the application process. This helps us ensure that our communities remain safe and that tenants can meet their financial obligations.  Learn more at Leasing Requirements.

What is the security deposit, and is it refundable?

The security deposit is typically equal to either one month’s rent or one and a half mont's rent.  It is fully refundable, provided there is no damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear, and all lease terms are met.

What is your pet policy?

We welcome pets in many of our properties.  Pet policies, including breed and size restrictions, vary by property.  Pet rent may apply.  Please check with us for specific details on the property you're interested in.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Unless specifically noted in the listing, residents are responsible for all utilities.
